| make sure they have good connections with the clips in place. Also if work as been done on the ecu its work making sure the connector hasn't been done up to tight, this will bow the plug and cause issues. have you done a boost/vac pressure test on the induction?
leaks can cause issues. when you say there is no spark on certain cylinders I assume you have checked with a spark tester, not just unplugging the coils to see if there is any difference.
(i.e. that will only confirm that the cylinder is not firing on time, not the reason why, it could be spark, fuel or timing)
the CAS is a major player..
